Who we are
Warren Trading Company is a trading name of Warren Trading Group Limited (registered in England and Wales no. 15991870, VAT no. 504257906), registered office 15 Warren Road, Southport PR9 7QN. What we collect
When you ask for a quote, send a basket from our shop or apply for a trade account: your name, phone number, email, address or area, what you need, and any photo you send. We also count taps on our call, WhatsApp, Messenger and email buttons, without recording who you are.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
- Pricing your job, replying and supplying goods or fitting: steps you ask for before a contract, and performing that contract.
- Invoices and tax records: our legal obligation.
- Counting button taps and keeping the site secure: our legitimate interest in running and improving the business.
- Meta (Facebook) advertising cookies: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
We don't sell your details or send you marketing without asking.
Who processes it for us
- Lovable (website host and database), which stores form submissions.
- Resend (email delivery), which sends quote emails to us and to you.
- Google Workspace (our email inbox).
- WhatsApp (Meta), if you choose to message us there.
- Meta Platforms (Facebook Messenger and, only if you accept cookies, the Meta Pixel).
Some of these providers may handle data outside the UK. Where they do, they use approved safeguards such as UK data transfer agreements.
How long we keep it
Quotes that don't go ahead: 2 years from your last contact. Orders, invoices and trade accounts: 6 years after the end of the financial year, as required for tax. Anonymous button-tap counts: 2 years. Your cookie choice: 12 months, then we ask again.
Cookies
The site works without any non-essential cookies. We save your cookie choice in your browser so we don't keep asking.
With your permission, we use the Meta Pixel. It sets cookies (such as _fbp and _fbc) and sends Meta details about your visit, such as pages viewed and your browser, so we can measure and improve our Facebook and Instagram ads. It stays off unless you click "Accept". If you click "No thanks", or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, it never loads. We record your choice and when you made it.

Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, object to or restrict how we use them, or ask for a copy to take elsewhere. Email Sales@warrentradingcompany.com or ring 07462 228558.
